Our staff training is suitable for front-line workers, including volunteers, who have direct contact with members of the public. This training consists of two separate half-day courses which can, if required, be put together to provide a full day of training. The first course provides an understanding of financial inclusion. The second focuses on offering budgeting skills in the community.
Our work with client groups consists of a half-day money management course. It can include work on affordable credit, bank accounts, home contents insurance, credit unions, where to get help, priority and non-priority debts, and different payment methods. Other topics are available. When we work with you we shall develop a training package suited to your particular needs and those of your clients.
